Hello! I'm Jaeley Nickash, a 26-year-old originally from Appleton, WI. My journey has been marked by a profound struggle with my own mental health. Growing up, I faced significant mental health and grieving challenges, and by the time I was 19, after multiple attempts previously, I reached a critical point where I attempted to take my own life. It was a deeply transformative moment for me—a turning point that sparked a profound commitment to not only survive, but to thrive and help others along similar paths.

When I started my pet sitting business, Fur Babies Bed and Breakfast, in 2020, I quickly realized the importance of effective social media and marketing to make a business successful. This, combined with my ongoing journey with mental health, inspired me to launch Mindful Mae Marketing, specializing in therapists, healers, and the mental health sector. The name "Mae" comes from my middle name, which I inherited from both of my grandmothers, symbolizing the strength and wisdom they passed down to me.

While I have since stopped pet sitting to focus on starting my own family, my passion for nurturing connections and supporting others remains at the core of everything I do. Personal growth and wellness are integral parts of my life, and I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their own wellness goals. Outside of work, I enjoy visiting and feeding our local ducks and turtles, volunteering at Converse Animal Care, spending time with my five fur babies, or getting lost in a compelling self-help book.
